ZillMX collects and processes personal data so that renters can find long-term homes in Los Cabos and listers can publish them. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how you exercise your rights over it.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), listing data you publish, and usage data about how the site is used. Exact property addresses are never shown publicly — the public map shows an approximate radius.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, to put renters in touch with listers, to bill subscriptions, and to keep the service secure.
Your ARCO rights
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) you may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data. Send an ARCO request through our contact page and we will respond within the statutory period.
